IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL PROPERTY OWNERS
To help protect the integrity, safety, and compliance of our community, the following procedures are required for all home sales and rentals within Forest Park Property Owners Home Association.
BUYERS & RENTERS BEFORE OCCUPYING ANY HOME:
* All buyers and renters must verify age with the office prior to occupancy.
* All buyers and renters must receive a current copy of the Governing Documents.
* An Acknowledgement Form must be signed and submitted BEFORE occupancy.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS ALL RENTAL HOMES MUST:
* Have a copy of the lease on file with the office prior to occupancy.
* Lease copies may have financial information redacted.
* Lease must clearly show who is authorized to reside in the home.
SALES LISTING REQUIREMENTS ALL HOMES LISTED FOR SALE MUST CLEARLY IDENTIFY:
* 55+ HOA Community
* Share / Non-Share
* Pet Section / Non-Pet Section
This information must be included in all listings and advertisements to ensure accurate representation of the property.
PET SECTION REQUIREMENTS HOMES LOCATED IN PET SECTIONS:
* Are limited to two (2) pets per home**.
* Pending board approval
* All pets must have: Current license/registration Current proof of rabies vaccination
ESA / SERVICE ANIMALS
* All ESA (Emotional Support Animal) and Service Animal applications/registrations must be submitted and approved BEFORE occupying the home.
